PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION:
The operator loads the product into the hopper, through the action of two counter-rotating augers, the product is pushed towards the mold.
The product flows on a roller where it is sectioned by means of a cutter.
The production capacity is related to the quality of the product, the shape and weight of the dough; the weight can be chosen according to your needs.

Loading hopper with tilting butter press pad, complete with safety micro-switch
Counter-rotating augers in stainless steel
Rectangular double outlet mold, complete with weight adjustment system and safety micro-switch
Exit roller with stainless steel cutter
