DEGA – Degasser

The degasser is a machine which has as its main purpose, the product volatile components extraction through a controlled vacuum system.
Its purposes change with the product used and the plant working process, for example:

  • Milk quality standardization in both scent and concentration.
  • Aroma extractor for fruit juices.

The tank product inlet is on the upper part of the tank, it get evenly distributed on its sidewall with a tangential inclination, creating a laminar flow. 
This process let the volatile substances present inside the product to separate themself from it, that’ll afterwards been removed thanks to the controlled vacuum system inside the tank.

The volatile parts, the gases and the odors extracted by the liquid ring vacuum pump, if prompted they can be cooled by a multi-tubes heat exchanger.
The product afterwards get discharged from the tank by the centrifugal pump mod. FCA, which automatically maintain a constant level inside the tank.

The operator can set the degaser on 5 different working phases through buttons on the pannel.
The phases are: sanitization, preparation, production, end of production and washing.

The washing ststem is made with a pneumatic valves automatic timed switching cycle and a spray-ball , to allow an effective cleaning of all the lines and parts.
The washing phase can be managed through the provided electrical contacts inside the panel, by your C.I.P. washing system. 
This will allow an easier implementation of the degasser inside an existing plant, making it a cost effective solution.

Standard Component:
AISI304 Stainless Steel Constant level tank;
Centrifugal sanitary pump mod. FCA controlled by inverter for product outlet;
Liquid ring vacuum pump controlled by inverter;
Power and control management of an external feeding pump;
Command and control board;
AISI304 Stainless steel frame, with vertical perimetric structure for housing the connection;

Optional Component:
Inverter control for external feeding pump;
HMI touch screen panel;
Shell and multi-tubes heat exchanger;
